Deposit and Cancellation Policy 2026
Since we are a limited boarding facility, we levy cancellation charges to ensure the booking and payment process is fair for all parties involved.
We update this every year – please go through this to understand our policies in detail.
Deposit/Advance
- Single Cat Booking – During non-peak seasons, for a single cat booking, customers have to pay Rs. 1000/- as advance.
- Multi Cat Booking – During non peak seasons, for a multi cat booking, customers have to pay Rs. 2500/- as advance.
- During peak season, for a single cat or multi cat booking, customers have to pay 50% of the total as advance.
Early checkouts are possible. However, as per our policy, boarding charges are fixed at the time of confirmation since space and availablity is planned in advance.
Cancellation
Non Peak Season
- Single cat booking– Any cancellation within 48 hours of the booking requires the customer to pay 50% of the total amount as cancellation.
- Multi- cat booking – Any cancellation within 7 days of the scheduled booking requires the customer to pay 50% of the total amount as cancellation.
Peak Season & Long Weekends
50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking to book a slot for the peak season.
In case of a cancellation within 7 days of the scheduled date of booking, the booking amount is retained as cancellation charges.
